We take great pride in our handcrafted aroma candles. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

Items That Can Be Returned:

  • Unopened candles in original packaging
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Items that arrive different from what was ordered

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Candles that have been burned or used
  • Custom or personalized candles
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Process

Step 1: Contact us at cooperation@svyxaroneuez.world or call +447480857970 within 30 days of delivery

Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return

Step 3: We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization number

Step 4: Ship the item back to us in original packaging

Step 5: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different scent or size, please contact us. Exchanges are processed in the same manner as returns, and the new item will be shipped once we receive the original item back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement to be sent at no cost to you
  • Provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item
  • Process a full refund including original shipping costs if preferred

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within 10 business days after we've confirmed processing, please:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company - it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank - there may be processing time before a refund is posted

Warranty

All our candles are guaranteed to burn cleanly and evenly when used according to instructions. If you experience any issues with burn quality, please contact us and we'll make it right.
